  • Permanent housekeeping - We hire independent housekeeping companies to clean the properties we manage. A specific company will be assigned to your unit permanently, which allows them to become familiar with your unit on an ongoing basis.
  • Minimal charges - Property owners will not incur expenses on the cleaning fees as the cleaning fee is paid by the guest. We also do not charge our owners for credit card processing fees or property supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, light bulbs, batteries, etc.)
